Going into this weekend, we had absolutely no plans. At the very last minute, we decided to head out to the San Jose to hang out with my family and we had a blast!! We went boating and Reagan got a chance to try wakeboarding… he did pretty good too! I didn't do so bad myself! The unfortunate thing is that I brought my camera to snap pictures but totally forgot the SD card. Boo Me! But luckily my brother-in-law has his Flip video cam and was able to catch us in all the action! To top off the relaxing day, we had an awesome Vietnamese dinner.

The next day, we headed to Amber, an Indian buffet, to celebrate Tien’s birthday. The food was delicious!! And you know the food was good when you see quite a few Indian people eating there too! I fell in love with the Butter Chicken with Naan. I kept stuffing myself no matter how full I was and my sisters could definitely attest to that.

Santana Row is such a cool place to just walk around and enjoy the sights. Not to mention all the shops and neat architecture they have! I spotted this cool seating contraption and had to snap a picture of it!

Nothing is more beautiful than a child grasping their parents' hand!

Later in the evening, we celebrated Damon and Tien’s birthdays at P.F. Chang’s. The kiddos were so cute I couldn’t resist taking some pictures.
P.F. Chang’s provided the kiddos with these bendy waxy sticks and Zoey made little flowers out of them! Check out her lawn of roses.

When I was looking through my SD card, I totally forgot I took these pictures of Micah and Judah for their birthdays. We got them a Tunnel/Tent Ball pen and they had a blast!

Birthday Filled Weekend

This past weekend, we celebrated 3 birthdays all in one day. Jennifer, Larkin, and Christy all turned a year older, a year wiser, and are all looking forward to another year filled with new adventures. Jen and Larkin are expecting their first baby and Christy loves spending time with her little boys, Judah and Micah. Micah couldn’t get enough of Reagan’s Chicago Bears hat and kept putting it on. He was too cute that I couldn’t resist snapping some pictures.

Happy Birthday Christy, Larkin, & Jennifer!

Making Lunch

After taking a long nap, I woke up to prepare food for lunch tomorrow (it was suppose to be for dinner today but I got lazy and opted for a more convenient option). I usually go through phases where I start cooking for a while and then go through phases where I eat out a lot. I’m trying to cook more and I’m doing well so far. This past week, I made pho (Vietnamese noodle entrĂ©e), spring rolls, and grilled meat with noodles, veggies, and eggrolls. Tonight, I made basil garlic chicken with black bean sauce. I hope it tastes good.

Larkin & Jen's Poopsters

A week or two ago, Jennifer asked me to have a photo shoot of their poopsters: Pee-wii –the chihuahua, Linus—boston terrier, and Biscuit—the pekingese. I was super stoke! Not only do I love taking pictures, but I LOVE doggies!! Those who knows me, knows me as the “treat lady,” when it comes to dogs.

I had a great time spending the afternoon with Larkin, Jennifer, and their poopsters. It was hot and Linus was panting non-stop, but we managed to get some good shots in. It was definitely challenging to get 3 dogs to cooperate, but as with all pet owners, we’ll bear the heat to capture priceless moments of our beloved pets.

I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed snapping them!
