Today was a very lucky day. I was stuck in traffic. As I sat in my car with one of Michael Buble's song playing in the background, I could hear the wind whistling. Looking out my window, I discovered one of nature’s hidden treasure. The beauty of the wind blowing the tall green grass was so serene. I lived in the moment. I felt at peace.
It is very easy to get caught up in the busy bustle of life. Our daily routine of getting out of bed every morning and preparing for what lies ahead is engrained in all of us. So I try not to take things for granted and appreciate what life has to offer. In return, I have a sense of peace.
Day 5:
One of my best friend texted me today about taking a digital photography class over the Summer. At first, I thought...the hours are long... MW 5:45-10:55. I wasn't sure if I wanted to give up that much time with work and all. But here I go again, holding myself back. I loosened my grip and tried to enroll in the class but it wouldn't let me. Not only that but the class is full! That's not going to stop me, I'm going to try again tomorrow and get on that waitlist.

On a side note: Reagan recommended my signature drink, AMF, to his partner. Let's just say that her birthday was an unforgetable one.
